Our Policies
Textured Petite Hair Studio takes your hair service seriously. If you find you are not 100% satisfied, we will be more than happy to make adjustments to your hair within 7 days of your last appointment.
Please note that we do not offer complimentary services as a result of a change of mind or direction with haircut or color that was previously consulted on.
To ensure the protection of our income, a valid credit card must remain on file at all times. If a card is removed from our system, your appointment will be cancelled. Rest assured, the booking system is secure, and we cannot access your full credit card number.
You will never be charged before your appointment.
Late policy: our studio understands that life can be unpredictable at times. When a client is late for their session, that alters the quality of the appointment and can throw off the rest of the appointments that are on time.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule and will be charged for 50% of the total session fee.
Cancellation policy: clients are required to cancel or reschedule 48 hours from appointment date and time. If a client cancels or reschedules after the 48-hour window, 50% of the total service fee will be charged.
If a client cancels or reschedules less than 24 hours before the appointment date and time, same-day or no-shows completely, 100% of the total service fee will be charged. Our studio’s booking system sends text and/or email confirmations starting 72 hours prior to your appointment date/time. You will need to contact your stylist directly if an appointment cancellation is attempted less than 48-24 hours beforehand.

Waitlist: our waitlist is for clients who have pre-booked appointments. Because a credit card is required to hold all appointments due to our cancellation policy, it’s a requirement for any client who wishes to be on our waitlist, in the event we receive a cancellation, to pre-book so that we can move up any future session, as well as ensuring a credit card is on file.
Children: please leave your kids at home. In addition to the fact that it's a VERY small space with little to no extra seating, it's also a major liability to have children in our space (chemicals/sharp objects/hot tools, etc.). Besides that, many of our clients are very much looking forward to having some alone time during their appointment.
Refunds: under no circumstances will any refunds, payments or portion thereof for any salon services rendered be granted. No exceptions.
